Please read the following report published after an Exhibition that was held

1 Introduction

1.1 South Bucks District Council and Buckinghamshire County Council have been aware of the problems

caused by HGV movements in and around Iver village and Richings Park for some time, and have

been implementing a range of policy measures and actions to seek to address the issue.

1.2 An exhibition was held at Iver Village Hall to meet with the public and discuss transport problems and

issue in the Iver area. This meeting was arranged and advertised by Ruth Vigor-Hedderly.

1.3 This is a joint report between South Bucks District Council and Transport for Buckinghamshire

outlining the feedback from the exhibition and providing guidance on the short and long term

measures for tackling the issues in the area. Please note that the short and long term measures

relate to when the benefit can be seen on the ground. There are many actions that have already been

undertaken or that can be undertaken in the short term that relate to longer term measures and these

have been highlighted within the report.
